Ketpy Digital requires a 50% advance payment to initiate any project. This advance payment is used for resource allocation, initial development, planning and setup. This payment is non-refundable once project work has commenced.
Subsequent payments are milestone-based. Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable as the work has been delivered and accepted. Disputes about milestone completion must be raised within 5 business days of delivery.
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances: Project was not initiated within 30 days of payment despite client readiness; Ketpy Digital is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to internal resource issues; A mutual written agreement to terminate the project before commencement.
The following are strictly non-refundable: Advance payments on commenced projects; Payments for completed and delivered milestones; Third-party costs including licenses, hosting, APIs and tools purchased on behalf of the client; Consultation and discovery session fees.
To cancel a project, the client must submit a written cancellation request to info@ketpy.com with at least 14 days notice. Ketpy Digital will provide a final invoice for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any balance due must be settled within 7 days.
If you believe you are owed a refund, please contact us at info@ketpy.com with full details of your claim. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days. Disputes will first be attempted through mutual discussion before escalation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer fees or payment gateway charges are not refunded. For international clients, currency conversion differences are not our responsibility.
